If you want to customize the score card, i.e. add some additional phrases besides the three standard ones. For example, if you want to highlight phrases whether the operator and the client talked about the policy or not during the call.

What phrases a client can say, what phrases an operator can say, or only the operator, if you monitor only the operator.
