This guide is about how the Caller ID can be configured on the Velvetel Portal by using the CallFlow application. It can be done in the following sections according to the hierarchy

If the Caller Name is set on the Divece level, this setting will be applied. If there are no settings on the Device level, the Caller Name from the User level will be applied. Account level is the basic one. If there is no Caller Name at any level a default setting on the Account level will be applied (What is the Default value? How does the system determine what to show as a Caller Name? )

A required phone number should be entered into the ‘Caller ID Number’ field in the format according to the placeholder and after that, the ‘Save’ should be pressed (Fig. 7)
