After the Twilio Setup is finished, you need to fill in System Settings for Twilio Connector in Creatio

  1. Go to the System Settings in Creatio (Fig. 1).

  2. Put filter and type ‘twilio’ and press the checkmark button (Fig. 2)

  3. Fill the System settings with the information (Fig. 3)

  4. Twilio Account SID and Twilio Account token(Auth Token) (Items 1 and 2) you can find on the main page of Twilio Console (Fig. 4). Please make sure to use Live SID and token (not Test SID and token).

  5. Twilio Default Number (Caller ID) (Item 3) this is the arbitrary active phone number in Twilio. The list of active numbers can be viewed in Twilio under Active Phone Numbers section (Fig. 5). The number must have an icon in the Voice column

  6. VvtTwilioBaseAPIUrl (Item 4)is the address of the Creatio application for executing requests from Twilio. Without a slash at the end (Fig. 6)

Once Twilio account is set up, please also set up Creatio server using this instruction Anonymous endpoint settings in Creatio.

The API key (SID) & API token (Secret) that you have created using this instruction will be needed for the Setting Up Telephony for the User.
