Preconditions

• Admin access to Creatio instance to set up user settings.

• An active account in Amazon Connect. Before you set up the configuration, you need to create an instance in Amazon Connect. See the instruction Set up your Amazon Connect instance

Connection Configuration Set Up 

1. Go to the Amazon Connect. 

   Allow connecting URL Creatio by adding the Creatio domain to the Instance (Fig. 1)

   . It can be done by selecting the corresponding option in the 'Recently Visited’ section (Fig. 1). Or typing in the search field “Amazon Connect” and selecting corresponding option (Fig. 2)

2. To allow connecting URL Creatio, first click on the link in the ‘Instance alias’ column in the Instance section (Fig. 3). After that select ‘Approved origins’ in the left-side menu (Fig. 4)

3. To add a new domain click on ‘Add domain’ button (Fig. 5)

4. After that, the configuration settings will be applied. See the Amazon Connect User guide to find the settings configured by the user.
