Preconditions
Admin access to Creatio instance to set up user settings.
An active account in Amazon Connect. Before you set up the configuration, you need to create an instance in Amazon Connect. See the instruction Set up your Amazon Connect instance
Connection Configuration Set Up
Go to the Amazon Connect.
Allow connecting URL Creatio by adding the Creatio domain to the Instance (Fig. 1)
After that, the configuration settings will be applied. See the Amazon Connect User guide to find the settings configured by the user.
