Prerequisites

  1. The settings mentioned in the Admin Guide are enabled.
  2. Ask the Admin to provide you with the following credentials: Extension, SIP username and SIP password.

Velvetech Configuration

  1. Open a browser of your choice on your computer, and go to your personal Creatio instance. Sign in to your account there.
  2. Go to [Your Profile] and choose [Call Center parameters setup]. (Fig.1)

  3. Select the checkboxes: [Auto-connection] and [Use web phone] (Fig. 2).

  4. Set up the following information sent to you by the admin and click [Save] (Fig. 3):
    1. Extension 

    2. Login (SIP username)

    3. Password (SIP password)

    4. Velvetech webRTC connection string
    5. WebRTC Realm (domain)

  5. Save the parameters and your profile.
  6. Then go to [Your Profile] and choose [Setup call analythics section]. (Fig.4)

       7. Press the [Autorize call analythics in RC] button to setup call analythics (Fig. 5.).

       8. Save the parameters and your profile.

       9. Sign out and sign back in, so the user’s communication panel (CTI panel) will become active. 

       10. On the [Calls] tab, enter the phone number in the tab field and click the call button or press the [Enter] key (Fig. 3). You'll see the call panel and its functions once the call starts.
