An active administrator account in your own Creatio instance
An active administrator account in Velvetel
Create an account, device, and call flow for each Creatio user in Velvetel.
Sign in to the portal as Administrator
Use the corresponding link:

Go to the [Applications] section (Fig. 1).

Select Smart PBX (Fig. 2).

Go to the Users tab and click [Add User] (Fig. 3).

Enter the user information and click [Create User] (Fig. 4).

Find this user in the list. By default, the users are created with the "User" role. Click the username. By default, the users are created with the "User" role to adjust the settings such as mailbox, role, time zone, etc. (Fig. 5).

Click the corresponding columns to assign extensions (1), phone numbers (2) (in case you need an external DID number to be routed to this user), and devices (2) to the user (Fig. 6)

To add the extensions click on the corresponding section and on the ‘Add an extension to this user’ (Fig. 8 )

In the appeared section a predefined extension will be shown. You can use or set another one (1) and press the ‘Save Changes’ button (2) (Fig. 9)

To add the number click on the corresponding section. Two options will be available ‘Add from Spare Numbers’ (1) or ‘Buy Numbers’ (2) (Fig. 10)
Please note that the ‘Buy Numbers’ functionality is currently under construction, and to purchase new phone numbers please create a ticket in the Velvetel’s ticketing platform.

If you have already purchased a phone number(s) and it is not used in the system, you can select it from the corresponding section.
If you need a new phone number please contact our support via the support portal - https://velvetech.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals and we will assist you with the purchasing
To set up a new device click on the corresponding section and on ‘Add from Spare Devices’ (1) or ‘New Device’ (2) (Fig. 11)

If you have already created and unused device you can select it and add it from the section ‘Add from Spare Devices’
if you want to create a new device click on the ‘New Device’ and select ‘Soft Phone’ (Fig. 12)

Add a device name. SIP Username and SIP Password are predefined. If you click on the SIP Password field the characters will be visible and can be copied (Fig. 13)

SIP Username and SIP Password are used for the Creatio User Profile setup Telephony Configuration in Creatio
To finalize new device creation press ‘Create Device’
To apply the assigned created device to the user press ‘Save Changes’ (Fig. 14)
