Prerequisites

How to Install the Connector

Installation Process

  1. Sign in to the targeted Creatio instance (https://www.creatio.com/?lang=en). If you are a new user you can request access to the trial version here – https://www.creatio.com/trial/creatio 

  2. Open the ‘System designer’ section by clicking 

     in the top right corner of the application window.

  3. If you have Creatio version below 8 you can proceed to the Marketplace either through ‘Installed Application’ section or via the Marketplace section (Fig. 1)

    If you have Creatio version 8 and higher, you can proceed to the Marketplace via the ‘Application Hub’ or Marketplace section (Fig. 2)

  4. ‘Installed Applications’ section. Click the ‘Add Application’ button, and select the ‘Choose from Marketplace’ option to open Creatio Marketplace (Fig.3).

  5. Marketplace section. Click on the ‘Marketplace’ tab near the shopping cart icon (Fig. 4)

  6. ‘Application Hub’ section. Open the ‘System designer’ section by clicking 

    In the drop-down menu select ‘Application Hub’ (Fig. 5).
    Or in the Application management block click on the ‘Application Hub’ section (Fig. 6).
    In the opened window press ‘+New Application’ button (Fig. 7) and ‘Marketplace powered' (Fig. 8)

  7. Enter the "Amazon Connector" in the search field and click on the application to install the connector (Fig. 9 and Fig. 10).

    Sign in to Creatio Marketplace and click ‘Install’.

  8. The installation page with the domain name will open. The domain name is predefined if you are signed into Creatio as an admin. Click the ‘Install’ button and you will be taken to the Application Installation page.

  9. Click the ‘Install’ button (Fig. 11). Users get a free 14-day trial license for 5 users which you can distribute later.

  10. Once you finish installation, the application will appear in the ‘Installed Applications’ or ‘Application Hub’ section.

  11. If after installation you do not see the Calls section in the navigation bar, please configure the workplace according to the following Creatio guide: Set up workplaces
