Manual calls synchronization

Manual calls synchronization is used for troubleshooting and uploading of historical data to Creatio, if automatical syncronization went wrong.

How to set up the synchronization:

  1. Open ‘Calls’ section in the menu (Fig. 1).

  2. Click ‘Actions’ tab and select the ‘Synchronize calls’ option from the dropdown menu (Fig. 2).

  3. Pick a daterange and click the [Synchronize] button (Fig. 3). The picked daterange must be withing the week.

    The calls withing the picked daterange are synchronized.
