Five9 Integration

Integration with Five9 Connector consists of the one step - creating and configuring users in Five9.
Configuring users requires setting the following permissions:

Web client

This permission is required for using Web client of Five9 softphone

User can make calls to: Agents, External numbers, Skills

This permission is required for making calls

User can transfer calls to: Agents, External numbers, Skills, Inbound campaigns

This permission is required for transferring calls to different numbers

User can receive transfers

This permission is required for an Agent to be able to make a transfer call

User can configure automatic answer settings

This permission is required for disabling automatic answering of incoming calls

User can reject ringing calls

This permission is required for rejecting of incoming calls

User can wrap up call

This permission is required for wrapping up calls

User can place call on hold

This permission is required for placing calls on hold
