Process editing in Power Dialer

  1. Choose the script that you are going to change and click [Edit] (Fig. 1)

  2. You will see the General information: (Fig. 2)

    1. Add some additional information to the general information: Add items to a tab. Drag and drop the [Text] icon to the [General info] field (Fig. 4)

    2. Click [Label] (Fig. 5)

    3. Drag and drop one of the report items into the label field and then click [Save] (Fig. 6)

    4. Click [Text to display] (Fig. 7)

    5. Drag and drop the same report item into the text field as in the previous step. Click Save (Fig. 8)

      1. But this basically means that this information will be propagated to the general info if it is available

    7. Click [Add New Property] to add a new report item (Fig. 11). The new item you are going to add must already exist in Creatio

    8. Enter a new item and click [Save] (Fig. 12)

    9. Add a new tab. Click [+] to add a new tab (Fig. 13)

    10. To rename the tab, double click it and enter the name (Fig. 14)

    11. Click anywhere on the screen to save it

    12. Click [x] to delete the tab (Fig. 15)

  3. Change the call script

    1. Click the [Call script] (Fig. 16)

      1. You will see the current call script, which consists of several steps (Fig. 17)

      2. Click on the step to see it and edit, then click [Cancel] (Fig. 18)

    2. Add text to the step 

      1. Drag and drop the [Text] control to the block (Fig. 19)

      2. To enter text, click [Text to display] and enter text in the [Text] field (Fig. 20)

      4. You can add more text to this field.Click the [+] button to do this (Fig. 22)

      5. To enter text, click [Text to display] and enter text in the [Text] field, click [Save]. Click the [-] button to delete it (Fig. 23)

    3. Add a dropdown to a step 

      1. Drag and drop the [Dropdown] control (Fig. 27) to the block

      4. Click the [DropDown] box (Fig. 30) and fill out the fields to customize the dropdown

      5. Click [Save]

      6. Drag (Fig. 31) and drop the box (Fig. 32) to move it to a certain position in this step

      7. Click the [X] button to delete this box (Fig. 33)

    4. Add [Input] to the step 

      1. Drag and drop the [Input] control (Fig. 34) to the block

      2. To enter text, click [Text] and enter text in the [Text] field (Fig. 35)

      4. Click the [Input] box, fill in the fields, and click [Save] to customize the input field (Fig. 37)

      5. Drag and drop the box (Fig. 38) to move it to a certain position in this step

      6. Click the [X] button to delete this box (Fig. 39)

    5. Add [input (large)] to the step 

      1. Drag and drop the [Input (large)] control to the block (Fig. 40)

      2. Click the [Input (large)] box, fill in the fields and click [Save] to customize this field (Fig. 41)

      3. Drag and drop the box (Fig. 42) to move it to a certain position in this step

      4. Click the [X] button to delete this box (Fig. 43)

    6. Add button to the step 

      1. Drag and drop the [Button] control (Fig. 44) to the block to add a new button box.

      2. Click the [Button] to customize it (Fig. 45)

      3. Enter the button name and select from the dropdown list a step this button leads to (Fig. 46).
        The button can lead to the next record, and when you click it, a new record of new contact will be opened according to your list, or it can also lead to the other existing steps.

      4. Click [Save].

      5. Drag and drop the box (Fig. 47) to move it to a certain position in this step

      6. Click the [X] button to delete this box (Fig. 48)

      7. Click the [+] (Fig. 49) to add additional buttons to the existing button box and configure this button as described above

    7. Add a new step 

      1. Click the [Add step] button to add a new step (Fig. 51)

      3. Enter the step name

      4. Enable the check-box (Fig. 53), if you want to complete the activities processing in this step of the script.

      5. Click [Save]

      6. Click on the step and then click [Delete step] to delete it (Fig. 54)

  4. Click [Submit], this button saves the structure of the call script (Fig. 55)

  5. Click [Publish] to use the call script (Fig. 56)
