License Purchasing

If you are not a Creatio customer

1. Contact the Velvetech team via the link creatio@velvetech.com to inform us, that you want to purchase the Creatio license. The Velvetech team will proceed the request and provide you with the payment information.
2. Use the information provided by the Velvetech team to pay for the Creatio license.
3. Once the Creatio license was purchased, contact the Velvetech team to purchase our subscription. We provide the following plans: 
   • Contact center product suite Creatio cloud / on-site subscription - $780 per user/year
     The annual subscription plan for the VELVETEL Cloud Telephony VoIP Service and nationwide dialing is sold separately at the price of $299.88 per user/year.
4. When the plan is chosen, the Velvetech team will send you the payment information.
5. As soon as the subscription is purchased, the Velvetech team will start working on your project setup.
6. When the project setup is completed, you can use the system.

If you are a Creatio customer

1. Review the subscription you choose. We provide the following plan: 
   
   • Contact center product suite Creatio add-on cloud / on-site subscription - $480 per user/year
2. Once the plan was chosen, the Velvetech team will send you the payment information.
3. As soon as the subscription is purchased, the Velvetech team will start working on your project setup.
4. 1. When the project setup is completed, you can use the system.
