If you want to customize the score card, i.e. add some additional phrases besides the three standard ones. For example, if you want to highlight phrases whether the operator and the client talked about the policy or not during the call.
Please send a request to the address creatio@velvetech.com, provide phrases that will be considered as those that the policy has been negotiated.
What phrases a client can say, what phrases an operator can say, or only the operator, if you monitor only the operator.
Then you will receive an email with a time estimate for your request and Velvetech team will start proceeding your request.
