    Add some additional information to the general information: Add items to a tab. Drag and drop the [Text] icon to the [General info] field (Fig. 54)

    Click [Add New] to add a new report item (Fig. 12.). The new item you are going to add must already exist in Creatio.

    Add a new tab. Click [+] to add a new tab (Fig. 14).

    To rename the tab, double click it and enter the name (Fig. 15)

  3. Change the call script.

    1. Click the [Call script] (Fig. 18).

      You will see the current call script, which consists of several steps (Fig. 19):

      Click on the step to see it and edit, then click [Cancel] (Fig. 20):

    2. Add text to the step 

      1. Drag and drop the [Text] control to the block (Fig. 21)

      2. To enter text, click [Text to display] and enter text in the [Text] field (Fig. 22).

    3. Add a dropdown to a step

    4. Add [Input] to the step

    6. Add button to the step 

      1. Drag and drop the [Button] control (Fig. 49) to the block to add a new button box.

      2. Click the [Button] to customize it (Fig. 50).

        Enter the button name and select from the dropdown list a step this button leads to (Fig. 51).
        The button can lead to the next record, and when you click it, a new record of new contact will be opened according to your list, or it can also lead to the other existing steps.

      3. Click [Save] (Fig. 52)

      4. Drag (Fig. 53) and drop the box (Fig. 54) to move it to a certain position in this step.

      6. Click the [+] (Fig. 56) to add additional buttons to the existing button box and configure this button as described above.

    7. Add a new step 

      1. Click the [Add step] button to add a new step (Fig. 58).

      3. Enter the step name.

      4. Enable the check-box (Fig. 60), if you want to complete the activities processing in this step of the script. Fig

      5. Click [Save]. 

      6. Click on the step and then click [Delete step] to delete it (Fig. 61). Fig

  4. Click [Submit], this button saves the structure of the call script (Fig. 62).
