How to Install the Trial

Velvetel Connector for Creatio, as well as Contact Center Suite Creatio, offers trial access to the internal telephony for the users. During the trial period user is able to call other extensions, and access to the analytics functionality. In order to start a trial you need:

  1. Open the [Process Library] and run the process Velvetech Telephony setup demo data. (Fig. 1). This process automatically sets up the telephony properties for existing system users as well as users created after that.

  2. Go to the [System Users] and create a new user. Here is a detailed instruction for Adding Users in Creatio.

  3. Make sure that the Connector license is active (Fig. 2). To do so open the [Licenses tab], Velvetel connector license, click on the checbox near the license names. After that, the license should be applied to the User

  4. Open User Settings and make sure that all necessary values in the telephony tab are present.

  2. Save user settings, open a new window in the incognito mode, sign in to Creatio using the user credentials and make a call to the Supervisor's extension. (Fig. 4) You can find the Supervisor's extension in the [Call Center parameters setup] after you open [User Profile] (Fig.5)

How to Stop the Trial

If you decide to purchase the connector, you can contact Velvetech and our specialists will remove the trial package during the initial setup.
