Setting up a Trial Period
Prerequisites
Velvetel Pulse solution provides AI Contact Center features, including call routing, call queues, AI analytics, and more. To try it out in a real-world scenario, please set up a Creatio CRM trial - one of our leading partners, where Velvetel is seamlessly integrated, and provides calling capabilities in a single-window workspace.
How to Install the Trial
Velvetel Pulse for Creatio provides trial access to its contact center solution package and internal telephony features. During the trial period, users can make extension-to-extension calls and access analytics functionality. To test contact center features with a live dialing plan, a separate purchase is required.
In order to start a trial you need:
Install Velvetel Pulse for Creatio package from Creatio Marketplace. You can refer to points 1-9 from the Connector Installation page, which describe this installation process in more details
If after installation you do not see the Calls section in the navigation bar, please configure the workplace according to the following Creatio guide: https://academy.creatio.com/docs/user/customization_tools/appearance_customization/workplaces/set_up_workplaces
Open the [Process Library] and run the process Velvetech Telephony setup demo data. (Fig. 1). This process automatically sets up the telephony properties for existing system users as well as users created after that. Once done, please re-login to Creatio.

Make sure that the Connector license is active (Fig. 2). To do so open the [Licenses tab], Velvetel connector license, and click on the checkbox near the license names. After that, the license should be applied to the User

Save user settings, open a new window in the incognito mode, sign in to Creatio using the user credentials and make a call to the Supervisor's extension. (Fig. 4) You can find the Supervisor's extension in the [Call Center parameters setup] after you open [User Profile] (Fig.5)

If you completed the last step, you’ve installed the trial version of the connector successfully. In case you were unable to call the Supervisor, please, contact our technical support
How to Stop the Trial
If you decide to purchase the connector, you can contact Velvetel and our specialists will remove the trial package during the initial setup.
