Setting Up Telephony

  1. Go to the 'User Profile' (Fig. 1)

  2. Click the ‘Call Center Parameters Setup’ button (Fig. 2)

  3. Choose Twilio from the dropdown list and fill in the Extension and Login of your Twilio account. (Fig. 3)
    And click the Use web phone and Auto-connection checkboxes

  4. Enter API Key и API secret(Fig. 4). To get Enter API Key и API secret please contact your Admin.

  5. After that you need to enter Identity (Fig. 5). This is the extension of the user, which will be linked to the agent in the database. This is an integer value that you need to choose yourself

  6. The SID of the application is responsible for making outgoing calls. Used when generating a token. The application must be created once and used for all users. For Application SID (Fig. 6.) you need to do the following steps. To get this value, please contact your Admin.

  7. Reload the page after the successful setup
