Connector Installation
Prerequisites
Admin access to the Creatio instance to install the connector
An active account on Creatio Marketplace (https://marketplace.creatio.com/)
How to Install the Connector
Installation Process
Sign in to the targeted Creatio instance (https://www.creatio.com/?lang=en). If you are the new user you can request access to the trial version here – https://www.creatio.com/trial/creatio
Open the [System designer] section by clicking
in the top right corner of the application window.
Go to the [Installed Applications] section.
Click the [Add Application] button, and select the [Choose from Marketplace] option to open Creatio Marketplace (Fig.1).

Sign in to Creatio Marketplace and click [Install].
The installation page with the domain name will open. The domain name is predefined if you are signed into Creatio as an admin. Click the [Install] button and you will be taken to the Application Installation page.
Click the [Install] button. Users get a free 14-day trial license for 5 users which you can distribute later.
Once you finish installation, the application will appear in the [Installed Applications] section.
Go to the ‘Studio’ tab and open the ‘System Settings’ section (Fig. 2).

11. Then open the ‘Default messages exchange library’ and choose the ‘Telephony integration library based on Velvetech protocol’ (Fig. 3).

12. Click the ‘Save’ button and refresh the page.
If after installation you do not see the Calls section in the navigation bar, please configure the workplace according to the following Creatio guide: https://academy.creatio.com/docs/user/customization_tools/appearance_customization/workplaces/set_up_workplaces
Don’t forget to apply the following settings
Velvetel codecs — Lookup (disable “Other” codecs):
Click the ⚙️ Settings icon.
Go to Lookups.
Use the Name filter to find Velvetel Enabled codecs.
Open Content.
Uncheck the box next to Others.
→ This disables unnecessary codecs.
STUN servers — System setting (should be configured per user):
Click the ⚙️ Settings icon.
Go to System settings.
Use filters to find STUN Servers.
Сopy the default values and paste them into the field. The values are:
stun:stun.pbx-cloud.velvetel.net:23478 (for US)
stun:stun-eu.pbx-cloud.velvetel.net:23478 (for EU)
stun:stun-sea.pbx-cloud.velvetel.net:23478 (for Asia)
Please note that these are default values; they may differ if customized, and in some cases, they are configured individually for each user. It’s recommended to confirm the exact value with the development team.
Save the changes.
