How to Install the Connector

Installation Process

  1. Sign in to the targeted Creatio instance (https://www.creatio.com/?lang=en). If you are a new user you can request access to the trial version here – https://www.creatio.com/trial/creatio 

  2. Click on the ‘Gear’ icon (Fig.1) in the top right corner of the application window

  3. Click on the 'Application hub' (Fig. 2) section. A new Tab will be opened

  4. Click the ‘New application’ button (Fig. 3), and select the option ‘Marketplace Powered’ to open Creatio Marketplace (Fig. 4).

  5. Enter the "Twilio Flex" in the search field and click the magnifying glass icon (Fig. 5).

  6. Click on the ‘Twilio Flex Connector’ section (Fig. 6)

  7. Sign in to Creatio Marketplace and click ‘Install’.

  8. The installation page with the domain name will open. The domain name is predefined if you are signed into Creatio as an admin. Click the ‘Install’ button and you will be taken to the Application Installation page.

  9. Click the ‘Install’ button 

  10. Once you finish installation, the application will appear in the ‘Application hub’.

  11. If after installation you do not see the Calls section in the navigation bar, please configure the workplace according to the following Creatio guide: Set up workplaces
