This feature requires Enable CallerID dropdown functionality in the Telephony Portal (former 'Use My Number') configuration to be done by the Velvetel portal administrator

1. To activate the CallerID dropdown feature, go to the User profile (Fig. 1).

2. Click the [Call Center parameters setup] button (Fig. 2).

3. Fill in [Caller Number] and [Caller Name] fields and select [P-Preferred-Identity] in the [Extra Header] field ([P-Asserted-Identity] if you use RingCentral, Fig. 3). Save the changes and refresh the page.

4. The added phone number should be available in the CallerID dropdown in the CTI panel
