Configuration

  1. Open a browser of your choice on your computer, and go to your personal Creatio instance. Sign in to your account there.

  2. Go to [Your Profile] and choose [Call Center parameters setup]. (Fig.1)

  2. Select the checkboxes: [Auto-connection] and [Use web phone] (Fig. 2).
