Setting Up Telephony

  1. Go to the 'User Profile' (Fig. 1).

  1. Click the ‘Call Center Parameters Setup’ button (Fig. 2).

  1. Choose Five9 from the dropdown list and fill in the Extension and Login of your Five9 account. The click the ‘Save’ button (Fig. 3).

  1. Log out from Creatio. To do so click the Profile icon and choose ‘Exit’ from the dropdown list (Fig. 4).

  1. Then Log In to Creatio again.

How to set up Five9 Connector

Prerequisites

Five9 adapter requires installation of additional utilities. They can be find here: Login | Five9 in Tools & Add-Ons section -> Installing the Softphone.

  1. Open CTI panel and wait for the adapter initialization. Insert Username and Password to the appropriate fileds (Fig.1).

2. Choose a ‘Softphone’ from the Station type dropdown list and insert a station number to the appropriate field (Fig. 2).

3. Choose audio input and output devices (micro and dinamics) in the Station Check and click the ‘Confirm’ button (Fig. 3).

4. The adapter set up is completed (Fig. 4).

5. Reload the page after the successful setup.
