CallerID dropdown Feature configuration in Creatio (former 'Use My Number')

This feature requires Enable CallerID dropdown functionality in the Telephony Portal (former 'Use My Number') configuration to be done by the Velvetel portal administrator

Sometimes companies have rules for displaying operator phone numbers, e.g. local presence or official company number. However, it can be necessary to show the operator's direct number. CallerID dropdown feature allows operators to use their direct phone numbers. This feature becomes available for Velvetel and RingCentral telephony. 


1. To activate the CallerID dropdown feature, go to the User profile (Fig. 1) and select ‘Additional Settings’ (Fig. 2)

2. Click the ‘Call Center parameters setup’ button (Fig. 3)

3. Fill in ‘Caller Number’ and ‘Caller Name’ fields and select ‘P-Preferred-Identity’ in the ‘Extra Header’ field ([P-Asserted-Identity] if you use RingCentral, Fig. 3). Save the changes and refresh the page.

4. The added phone number should be available in the CallerID dropdown in the CTI panel (Fig. 5)
