  3. Change the call script.

    2. Add text to the step

    4. Add [Input] to the step

    6. Add button to the step

      2.     7. Add a new step

      3. Enter the step name.

      4. Enable the check-box (Fig. 60), if you want to complete the activities processing in this step of the script. Fig. 60. Enabling the check-boxSelect the [Result] and the [CRM Result] of this step from the dropdown list.

      5. Click [Save]. 

      6. Click on the step and then click [Delete step] to delete it (Fig. 61). Fig. 61. Deleting a step
