Manage Users in Power Dialer

Create User

Go to User Management (Fig. 1)

Click the [Add New] button (Fig. 2)

Enter the user information ('Username', 'Password' and 'Name') (Fig. 3)

Please, contact Velvetech Support to set up and enter 'Dialer Login' and 'Dialer Password' (Fig. 4)

Choose user's permissions (one or more permissions can be selected) (Fig. 5)

User's permissions show, which items the user has access to (Fig. 6)

1. Default value for user's permission is 'Operator' - this user has access to 'Call listings' and 'Completed Call listings' (can only make calls)
2. 'Manager' - this user has access to 'User Management' (can add and manage users)
3. 'Can Edit Knowledge' - this user has access to 'Knowledge base' (can edit knowledge base)
4. 'Can Import Data' - this user has access to 'Import' (can import data/activities)
5. 'Can Edit Process' - this user has access to 'Process Editor' (can add and edit scripts for operators). Please, visit the Process Editing in Power Dialer page for instructions
6. 'Account Manager' - this user has access to 'Account Setting' (can configure Google apps to integrate with Gmail)
7. 'Can Reassign Activities' - this user has access to 'Activities Management' (can manage activities)
Enter information about the user (Fig. 7)
1. Phone
2. Extension
3. Dialer Voicemail Number (this field isn't required)
4. Company

Note: This information will be displayed in data format within the system.
Сlick the [Register] button
Click the following buttons to change user informaton or delete the user (Fig. 8)
