Prerequisites
Agent access to the Five9 Cloud Contact Center Software.
The latest version of Java installed on the Agent’s PC.
Five9 adapter requires installation of additional utilities. They can be find here: Login | Five9 in Tools & Add-Ons section -> Installing the Softphone.
Open CTI panel and wait for the adapter initialization. Insert Username and Password to the appropriate fileds (Fig.1).

2. Choose a ‘Softphone’ from the Station type dropdown list and insert a station number to the appropriate field (Fig. 2).

3. Choose audio input and output devices (micro and dinamics) in the Station Check and click the ‘Confirm’ button (Fig. 3).

4. The adapter set up is completed (Fig. 4).

5. Reload the page after the successful setup.
