  1. Click [Open] to open the activity (Fig. 1).

  2. To make a call, click [Make a call] and select the number you are going to call and click on it (Fig. 2).

  3.  The call will be started (Fig. 3).

  4. When the call is answered, functions related to the call will appear.

  5. You can mute yourself (Fig. 4).

  6. You can put the call on hold (Fig. 5).

  7. You can transfer the call to a certain extension (Fig. 6).

  8. You can use the dial pad (Fig. 7).

  9. You can use the [Knowledge base] and a [Call script] during the call (Fig. 8).

  10. To end the call, press the red hang-up button (Fig. 9).
