Amazon Connector Integration

Prerequisites

• Admin access to Creatio instance to set up user settings.

• An active account in Amazon Connect. Before you set up the configuration, you need to create an instance in Amazon Connect. See the instruction Set up your Amazon Connect instance

Connection Configuration Set Up 

1. Go to the Amazon Connect. 

2. Connect Creatio URL by adding the Creatio domain to the Instance in the [Approved origins] section. (Fig. 1)

3. After that, the connection settings will be applied to Creatio. See the Amazon Connect User guide to find the settings configured by the user.
