Adding Users in Kazoo

Prerequisites

  • An active administrator account in your own Creatio instance 

  • An active administrator account in your Kazoo PBX

Create an account, device, and call flow for each Creatio user in Kazoo.

  1. Sign in to your Kazoo website as Administrator.

  2. Go to the [Applications] section (Fig. 1).

  3. Select Smart PBX (Fig. 2).

  4.  Go to the Users tab and click [Add User] (Fig. 3).

  5. Enter the user information and click [Create User] (Fig. 4).

  6. Find this user in the list. By default, the users are created with the "User" role. Click the username. By default, the users are created with the "User" role to adjust the settings such as mailbox, role, time zone, etc. (Fig. 5).

  7.  Click the corresponding columns to assign extensions, phone numbers (in case you need an external DID number to be routed to this user), and devices to the user (Fig. 6).
