Set up Anonymous endpoint in Creatio

General description

 

In order for the TalkDesk connector to work, you will need to set up the anonymous endpoints on your Creatio server using the instructions below

Setup can be performed by the system administrator. If you are using the cloud version, please contact the Creatio support team to complete the setup via the support portal - https://velvetech.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals.

The Setup should be made for Chats and Calls.
