Automations

In this section all Automations that can be configured and applied are described.

Setup Automations on the Talkdesk side

1. Go to the TalkDesk portal using your address.

2. Click on the ‘Builder’ section (Fig. 1)

3. Select ‘Integrations’ (1) and ‘Talkdesk Creatio Connector’ (2) (Fig. 2)

4. To edit certain Automation click on the ‘pencil’ button (Fig. 3)
