  1. On the right-upper side of the screed click on this button to open CTI panel (Fig. 1)

  2. Click on the ‘Phone’ icon (1) and then on the ‘Gear’ icon (2) (Fig. 2)

  3. Check that the ‘Disable Call Center Integration’ checkbox is disabled (Fig. 3)
