Five9 Integration
Integration with Five9 Connector consists of the one step - creating and configuring users in Five9.
Configuring users requires setting the following permissions:
Web client | This permission is required for using Web client of Five9 softphone |
User can make calls to: Agents, External numbers, Skills | This permission is required for making calls |
User can transfer calls to: Agents, External numbers, Skills, Inbound campaigns | This permission is required for transferring calls to different numbers |
User can receive transfers | This permission is required for an Agent to be able to make a transfer call |
User can configure automatic answer settings | This permission is required for disabling automatic answering of incoming calls |
User can reject ringing calls | This permission is required for rejecting of incoming calls |
User can wrap up call | This permission is required for wrapping up calls |
User can place call on hold | This permission is required for placing calls on hold |
