Content Security Policy Setup

This guide describes how to set up a ‘Content Security Policy’ setting to avoid reauthorization of the connector.

1. Go to ‘System designer’ by clicking on the ‘Gear’ icon (1) and selecting ‘Content Security Policy' (2) (Fig. 1)

2. Click on the ‘Add source’ button (Fig. 2)

3. Fill in ‘Source URL’ (1) field with the required URL (Fig. 3)

   1. The required URL can be found in the address string while entering your Five9 Application (Fig. 4)

4. To add the Directives, press the ‘+ New’ button and select ‘frame-src’ and ‘connect-src’ options (2). Press the ‘Save all’ (3) and ‘Save’ button (4) (Fig. 5)

5. For all users the following setting should be applied in the ‘Parameters setup’ section depending on the URL from the p. 3a (Fig. 6)

   • https://app.five9.com/  (COM)

   • https://app.five9.eu/ (EU)

   • https://app.ca.five9.com/ (CA)

6. Save changes and reload the page. Check that settings were successfully applied.
