Setting Up Velvetel Integration

  1. Create an account, device, and call flow for each Creatio user in Velvetel.
  2. Log in to Creatio as administrator. 
  3. Go to [Your Profile] → [Call Center parameters setup] (Fig. 1.)

  4. Choose necessary parameters: [Auto-connection] and [Use web phone] (Fig. 2) (make sure that [Use RingCentral] is not checked).

  5. Set up the following values and click [Save] (Fig. 3):
    1. The following parameters associated with the corresponding Velvetel account must be set up for each user:

      1. Extension 

      2. Login (SIP username)

      3. Password (SIP password).

    2. Set up the [Velvetech webRTC connection string] and the [WebRTC Realm (domain)] in accordance with the required account in the Velvetel instance.

  6. Now you can distribute the licenses among users who need to be connected to Velvetel (see Licence Purchasing section).
    Note: Each user that has a distributed license and connection parameters set up should turn on Telephony in Creatio (instruction can be found in the Velvetel Integration section).
  7. Log out from the admin account in Creatio.
