How To: Install the Package in Creatio

This guide describes how the package can be installed in Creatio via the File Installation feature

Preconditions:

1. To be able to install the package the user must have Admin rights

2. This guide is for the Creatio version 8 and higher

3. Access to the package file provided by Velvetech or implementation partner/Creatio

Installation

1. Click on the ‘Gear' icon (Fig. 1)

2. Find the ‘Application Management' section and click 'Application Hub' (Fig. 2)

3. Click 'New Application' (Fig. 3)

4. Select 'Install from file' (1) and click 'Select' (2) (Fig. 4)

5. Press 'Select File' and proceed further steps to finalize the package installation (Fig. 5)
