Document Importing

  1. Login as the Administrator (manager) (Fig. 1)

  2. Go to the [Import] section (Fig. 2)

  3. Click [File] (Fig. 3)

  4. Drag and drop you document to the field in the center of the screen and click the [Upload contacts] button (Fig. 4)
    Note: Please, make sure that the file you are going to upload is in .CSV format, contains headers and contains 3 columns: 'Name', 'Email', 'Phone', representing the full name of a contact, email and phone number.

  5. The checkbox 'Import all contacts' means that all contacts will be imported, including those that have already been called (this field isn't required) (Fig. 5)

  6. If you need to assign contacts only to yourself, click [Assign one to me] (Fig. 6)

  7. Otherwise, select operators from the dropdown menu in the 'Assign to' field or just search them and then click [Assign to the selected users].
    'Select All' distributes all contacts from this folder to all operators available in Power Dialer uniformly (Fig. 7, 8)

  8. You will see the sync notification in the corner of the screen (Fig. 9)

  9. Synchronized contacts can be find in the 'Calls listing' section.

  10. To delete a contact go to the 'Call listings' section, click [Delete] in the field of the contact you want to delete (Fig. 10) → click [Confirm].
    This contact will be deleted only in the Power Diler, all information in Creatio will remain unchanged.
